Cheers to culinary week at Mayacama, where the line between private golf club and exclusive wine club blurs daily. Our cuisine is five-star caliber. Our cellar is 3,000 square feet. Where would you like to begin?
The glass of course – this is wine country, and our Vintners Program is where the obsession takes flight. A roster of the region’s most notable winemakers and rare releases are introduced across tastings, winemaker dinners, winery trips, and winery tours – both guided and recommended. If your wine locker feels light, celebrations like the All Vintner Pour and Fall Release Party can replenish it in a hurry.
What’s wine without cheese delivered daily from local artisans, honey sourced on the grounds, and a five-star culinary program to bring it all home? Mayacama is where Tuscan wine culture meets California cuisine, and wherever that takes us – from a casual poolside barbecue to an enchanting Bounty of the County dinner, we look forward to refilling and flavoring the occasion with culinary inspiration.

From courtyard to terrace and Wine Cave to Wine Tower, we celebrate seasons past and present with vintage rarities and farm-to-table bounties. While the Club calendar stays stocked like an aficionado’s wine locker, the culinary possibilities leave much to your own imagination. Curate a personal collection, host an intimate cellar dinner, or engage in a cooking class. Welcome to your private wine country resort experience, where there’s never too much of one good thing.
Enter, and make yourself comfortable. Mayacama’s 3,000 sq.ft. temperature-controlled wine cellar features a main vault that swings wide to a patio overlook with golf course views. With lounge seating, tasting stations and an intimate dining room for dinner parties, time has a way of pleasantly flowing by in the Wine Cave.
Our wine culture is always peaking, and its highest holiday arrives in May with Mayacama’s All Vintner Pour. Meet the Vintner winemakers and spend quality time with over 100 of their finest selections as well. Sip, swirl, and savor the moment among fellow Vintner Members, food purveyors and live music. Corks will fly indeed.
